PETER LLOYD
A carpenter by trade, qualified supervisor, with associated academic achievements in building supervision and a licensed builder since 1993.
Peter brings more than 30 years of construction experience to Allscope, after initial qualifications and experience in mechanical engineering. More than half of this time has been dedicated to high-end architectural residential construction, including 12 years with Bellevarde Constructions as Site Foreman/Site Manager.
Through his experience working in the industry, Peter recognises that productive working relationships are essential to delivering conceptual design. Widely regarded as a natural people person, Peter’s in-depth knowledge of both the technical and creative aspects of construction allows him to collaborate with architects, engineers and designers seamlessly—mustering the talents of the Allscope team and skilled trades through the end-to-end construction process.
Dedicated to achieving excellence, Peter knows that architectural design is an opportunity to construct something unique, and push creativity, tools and materials to the limits. For Peter, achieving excellence in construction is about the right application of problem solving skills, a passionate vision and honed technique.
This is a balance he’s perfected over time, and proven time and time again. Over the years, Peter has had the opportunity to work with many architects and has developed a deep appreciation for architectural built forms and the principles of design. Taking a design from planning approval to handover of the building, and developing a sound working relationship with the client and architect, is a very stimulating and rewarding process.
ETHAN LLOYD
Ethan is a carpenter by trade with academic achievements in building and construction with an interest in the latest technological advancements.
Working in industry since 2004, Ethan is a carpenter by trade with academic achievements in building and construction. Over the past 14 years, Ethan has worked hard to forge a career in construction, by learning from the best craftsman, in what is a highly competitive industry.
Ethan is well known for his calm and approachable nature, and is rarely phased when under pressure. Ethan understands that the client comes first, and he is dedicated to ensuring that their vision and needs are used to anchor a project throughout its duration.
Ethan has a personal interest in the latest technologies and methods that the industry has to offer—constantly adapting his technique to streamline and improve productivity and construction process.
Well known for his high-attention to detail and bespoke finishes, Ethan understands what quality looks like, feels like, and how to achieve it. Working in partnership with Peter, Ethan drives excellence in the work the Allscope Building team deliver, ever motivated by the variety that it brings.
